The future of Roloff Farms has been a longtime concern.

As shown on LPBW, fans have long been concerned about the fate of Roloff Farms. As Matt gets older, he’s able to manage less around the property. Plus, there was drama with the possibility of his kids getting the property and negotiations ultimately falling through.

After Matt’s sons Zach and Jeremy Roloff couldn’t afford the property, he put a portion of it on the market. It never sold, so he decided to pursue a vacation rental to bring in some extra cash. Still, fans have many questions about what might happen with the farm. And now, new details seem to suggest the LPBW star may need to close up shop entirely.

Is LPBW star Matt Roloff officially closing up shop on Roloff Farms?

According to The SunMatt has yet to file his annual report for Roloff Farms. Businesses must submit their reports to the Oregon Secretary of State, which keeps their business licenses active. The LPBW star was supposed to turn it in no later than Feb. 10, 2023, but it has still not been submitted.

The outlet reported that Roloff Farms is still active and in business. But that may not be the case if he doesn’t submit the required report. The Sun noted that Matt not filing the report could lead to his business license being dissolved. This would clearly be bad news for Roloff Farms. As TV Shows Ace reported, this could also affect Pumpkin Season 2023.

It’s unclear what will happen with Matt and the farm. If he doesn’t submit the necessary report soon, he’s risking his business, Pumpkin Season, and more.

This isn’t something the TLC star typically talks about on social media, so he has not yet made a comment on it. But hopefully, he takes care of this soon so Pumpkin Season and Roloff Farms can live on.

So, do you think that things are going south for Matt Roloff and Roloff Farms? Or do you think there is another explanation for him not filing the annual report? Sound off in the comments section below, and come back to TV Shows Ace for more news about the LPBW stars.
