‘LPBW’ Fans Express Concern Renting Matt Roloff’s Airbnb
Matt Roloff from Little People, Big World has made a lot of headlines recently. He decided a few months ago that he was going to sell most of the Roloff property. This was shocking since his children wanted to keep it all in the family. Although both of his sons, Zach and Jeremy Roloff put bids on the property, Matt denied them both. Matt Roloff has thrown shade at both of them ever since. Additionally, Zach was shocked when his father emailed the family about selling the property. However, the property has been sitting on the market for $4 million. It hasn’t sold yet and that is when Matt realized he needed to make a change.
Matt Roloff’s Choice to Rent Out The Property
It is clear to fans that Matt Roloff wants to make money off of the property, but hasn’t been able to sell it. Since he is renting it out now, he has put some rules in place. For those who wish to stay there, Matt has told renters that they do not get to explore the entire property. In fact, he has placed neon orange flags all over the blocked areas. Many of the areas of the farm that have been featured on the show are completely off-limits. Additionally, the signs warn renters that Matt is not liable for any injuries.
With these new rules for renters in place, many fans have started to doubt Matt Roloff’s intentions with the farm. However, there are some diehard fans that would love to stay there, but with it costing $590 a night, this seems almost impossible for many. The U.S. Sun recently shared some fans’ reactions to what they would feel like staying at Matt Roloff’s property. One fan wrote, “I’d feel so uncomfortable staying here, especially seeing Amy’s reaction to the news that he was turning it into a rental. I’d feel like an intruder.” A final fan added, “There are way too many rules for a vacation. I would NEVER stay here.”
Why Won’t He Sell To His Children?
Matt has four children who have helped him out at the farm for years. This is why fans were saddened by the fact that he wouldn’t sell it to one of them. There were many viewers who felt that Matt always wanted it to stay in the family. Why would he suddenly decide to sell it to a stranger? Fans have speculated that Caryn Chandler, Matt Roloff’s girlfriend has something to do with this.
