Gwendlyn Brown Shares Deep Pain Inflicted By Kody & Robyn

Gwendlyn Brown admits to Sister Wives fans that she’s suffered deep pain inflicted by her father Kody and his fourth wife, Robyn. This reveal comes on the heels of Gwendlyn admitting that her father physically abused her by spanking her until he left bruises on her body and tossing her into the air as a form of punishment.

As Tv Shows Ace reported, Gwendlyn seemingly tried to erase her claims that her father was abusive by quietly removing her video from Patreon and editing the question about abuse out of the video she uploaded to YouTube. Fans believe Kody (or perhaps TLC) strong-armed Gwendlyn into taking the video back down to protect the reality TV series and any potential spin-offs as the claim could have done real damage.

Despite taking the video down, Gwendlyn is far from done talking about the trauma her father has inflicted on her over the course of her childhood. And, she admits that his fourth wife Robyn is to blame for a large sum of it.

As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, Gwendlyn got emotional in a recent video as she talked about her father. She was devastated that she grew up not having an active father in her life. And, she was eternally grateful that her mother Christine did what she could to be both her mother and her father.

Now, Gwendlyn Brown can’t help but blame Kody’s fourth wife Robyn for a lot of the trauma and pain from her childhood. As fans know, Kody was (and is) WAY more involved in the lives of Robyn’s children compared to any of his other children.

Gwendlyn admits, as a child, it was hard to watch her father be this active father to some of his children while barely acknowledging some of his other children. As a child, she could see that her father was an active father. But, he was always blurred and just out of her reach. This left deep emotional wounds that Gwendlyn is struggling to deal with as a young adult.

It’s terrible that I’m making this about myself, but it hurts so much to see him be a good father to others when I didn’t really get that much. I’m so happy they have a good father or from what it looks like to be a good father and an active father.”

She continued: “I don’t remember coming home from kindergarten or anything and seeing my dad being happy that I ate all my lunch, or that I made a friend at school, [it] was always my mom.”

Gwendlyn wanted it to be known that she was happy that her father was there for Ari and Sol. After all, they deserved to have an active father too. She, however, also admits she really didn’t have feelings toward Robyn watching these scenes unfold. She recognized part of the problem was because she just didn’t like Robyn very much.
