Gwendlyn Brown Tears Up Over Kody Not Being An Active Father
Sister Wives star Gwendlyn Brown got emotional in her recent reaction video claiming Kody Brown was not an active father. The 21-year-old reacted to Season 17 Episode 10 and specifically to her father’s “knife in the kidneys” rant. Gwendlyn Brown Claims She Is Happy For Solomon & Ariella
During the last portion of the episode, Kody Brown was seen getting giddy over his kids with Robyn Brown as they returned from school. The father of eighteen welcomed Solomon and Ariellawith open arms. He even sang praises about Ariella. Although in her reaction, Gwendlyn claimed that she is happy that Kody is an active father to her siblings, she had tears in her eyes. She said that she wished Kody was just as active when she was a kid.

“I know that I should be happy for them but seeing him be like an active father with these kids really hurts. Oh, it sucks to not be able to see them,” she explained while watching the clip.
Gwendlyn Brown Admits She Feels Terrible
The clip highlighted how the Brown family patriarch is so loving towards his youngest kids as he asked, “Did you have a great day at school?”

Gwendlyn Brown then paused the YouTube clip and looked at the camera admitting, “It’s terrible that I’m making this about myself but it hurts so much to see him be a good father to others when I like didn’t really get that much. And I know should be happy for them but I am I’m so happy they have a good father or from what it looks like to be a good father and an active father.”
Gwendlyn Brown Claims Kody Wasn’t There For Them
The reality star claimed that she is just sad because she didn’t get the same treatment from her father growing up. Gwendlyn revealed that Kody was never there to ask them if they ate their lunch or made a friend at school as he does for Solomon and Ariella. She shared that it was always her mom who took care of her and never her dad.

“It really sucks that he was not there so much but I’m happy for them. I’m really happy they get that and they deserved that and they are sweet, wonderful siblings who deserve the most loving kindest father in the whole world,” she concluded.
