What Is Hallmark’s Made For Each Other About?

According to the Hallmark synopsis, Rachel (Turshen) is a sculptor. As a sculptor, she is always looking to create the perfect work of art.

As for her love life, she has yet to find the perfect guy. Her friends like to set her up with guys. However, none of them are right. She always finds some sort of imperfection that she abhors.

Meanwhile, David (Cohen) is also unable to find love. He has also created upheaval in this career trajectory. Originally, he was making big bucks as a lawyer. But, he left that for his passion. He loves to do standup comedy.

Rachel begins to work on a life-sized sculpture. Doris (Douglas), who lives next door, wants Rachel to look at this sculpture differently.

Rachel’s neighbor and friend Doris (Douglas) tells Rachel about the legend of the Jewish Golem. This is a story about a statue that turns to life for the artist.

Thanks to some magic, this life-sized, perfect statue comes to life. This living hunk is Rachel’s perfect man. His name is Clay (O’Connell).

Rachel’s creation is the perfect man. He does everything that a perfect dream man does. He is the perfect dance partner. Clay dotes on her.

Therefore, Rachel makes Clay her plus one for her sister’s wedding. As wonderful as this man is, when she meets David, she feels something warm and passionate.

However, David is intimidated by Clay. Despite obvious chemistry, David cannot compete with a guy like this. But, both men wind up being friends with each other.

David and Rachel remain close and they encourage each other. David tells Rachel to submit her sculpture to a competition. Her confidence builds. Moreover, so does her self-knowledge of what she wants in life.

Suddenly, Rachel is in a love triangle. Does she pick the guy that makes her heart flutter? Or, does she pick the perfect guy that has everything she wants?
