A lot of viewers think that Meghan takes advantage of Tina’s kindness and manipulates her — especially when it comes to matters of weight loss. And things got so bad that Tina and Meghan felt the need to sit down in an interview with iHollywoodTV to discuss the situation. During the interview, both Meghan and Tina revealed that they’re content with the setup. In fact, Tina added that she often needs Meghan for her own mental wellness.

During the course of the interview, Meghan also revealed that her issues with weight loss also stem from underlying health conditions. She really wants fans to know that what they’re seeing onscreen isn’t the entire story.
