Ryan Seacrest shared that Andy Cohen snubbed him on New Year’s Eve. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Andy wanted to settle his beef with Ryan at the stroke of midnight. The two were going to put their differences aside.

The Watch What Happens Live host didn’t pay attention to the LIVE! host. Ryan shared what happened in great detail on his radio show. The dueling personalities hosted New Year’s Eve specials on Saturday night (December 31).

Snubbed by Andy Cohen?

Ryan Seacrest revealed that he didn’t speak to Andy Cohen at midnight or leading up to then. The men hosted their respective New Year’s Eve specials last weekend. He revealed that the Bravo host ignored him. Ryan wanted to say hi to Andy and Anderson Cooper in between breaks, but he got snubbed.

“It was funny because my big stage was right in front of Anderson [Cooper] and Andy,” Ryan Seacrest shared with his co-host Kelly Ripa on Tuesday’s broadcast of Live With Ryan and Kelly. “When I was not working, I was trying to get their attention.”

He waved over at them. Andy and Anderson co-hosted CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live. Ryan was co-hosting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. He figured that they could see them, but Ryan didn’t acknowledge him. Ryan only spoke to Anderson, who wished him luck with his broadcast.

“I thought maybe I was in the shot. I just wanted to wave and say hi,” Ryan Seacrest said. “They have a great show. And Anderson, the best. He turns around and he says, ‘Have a good show.’ Very nice. Andy did not turn around.”

Kelly Ripa calls out Ryan Seacrest’s lies

Fans know that Kelly Ripa is good friends with Andy Cohen. She denied Ryan Seacrest’s claims and said that Andy did try to speak to him.

“Tha’s not true. He said he was trying to get your attention,” she said during their awkward live conversation.

“Really? Honestly… we’re within 10 feet of each other doing the show,” Ryan Seacrest said. “It was funny because my big stage was right in front of Anderson and Andy. When I was not working, I was trying to get their attention.”

During their conversation, Ryan shared a lot of praise for Anderson. This comes amid his alleged feud with Andy. Last week, Andy drank too much and ripped ABC’s broadcast. He has since apologized to Ryan, who supported CNN’s no-drinking rule for the New Year’s Eve special.
