Braunwyn Windham-Burke had a “hard” Christmas

The Bravo alum posted a video on her Instagram. Braunwyn Windham-Burke admits that she’s had a “hard” Christmas amid her divorce. The two share seven children together. It has made it hard for them to navigate their co-parenting relationship.

“So the presents are wrapped, the stockings are done, everything is ready for tonight,” Braunwyn Windham-Burke said in her Instagram video. “In the next 24 hours, I will be hosting so many happy family moments. I wanna be honest with everyone else out there because I know when I look at things sometimes, I’m like, is this hard for anyone else, and I’m not gonna lie this has been a hard Christmas.”

In the video, she shared that being a “single mom” has been tough on her. Braunwyn has been through her share of difficult moments, such as her first year of sobriety. However, she’s never dealt with anything like this in her life. She also shared that their “toxic” co-parenting relationship hasn’t made it easy.

“Co-parenting is very controlling, toxic environment is hard,” Braunwyn Windham-Burke continued. “I’m very lucky, Jen’s [Jennifer Spinner] been amazing, my family has been amazing.”

The former reality star wants to make it the best Christmas for her kids. She noted that it was about them, not about her. Braunwyn wants to focus on being the best mom that she can be. She concluded her message with a reminder to other single moms around the holidays.

“But to any mom out there, single mom, you’re not alone,” Braunwyn Windham-Burke concluded. “This is hard, and it’s OK.”

Fans advise her not to publicly shame Sean Burke

RHOC fans took sides in the divorce. Most of them side with her ex-husband. Braunwyn Windham-Burke has been shamed for the way she’s handled their marriage and split. They also told her that she shouldn’t publicly shame Sean. Fans echoed those thoughts in her Instagram post.

Other fans told Braunwyn to remove the words “hard” and “toxic” from her Instagram post. They think she should focus on positivity in the New Year. On Monday, December 26, she clapped back at the criticism in a statement on her Instagram Stories. Braunwyn then wished her critics a “beautiful day.”
