Julie & Todd Chrisley Forced To Sell Both $9M Nashville Mansions?
In addition to kissing their freedom goodbye, Todd and Julie Chrisley are also expected to kiss their two $9M Nashville mansions goodbye as well. As those who have been following this story know, the reality TV stars were convicted of bank and wire fraud, tax evasion, and conspiracy back in 2019. At the beginning of this week, they were collectively sentenced to 19 years behind bars (Todd doing 12 and Julie doing seven).
Being a $36M fraud case, it shouldn’t come as too much of a shock that the couple also has to pay restitution for their crimes. According to The New York Post, Judge Eleanor Ross of the U.S. District Court in Atlanta ordered the couple to pay a $17.2M restitution for their crimes. Having a combined net worth of just $3M and all of their reality TV shows getting canceled, it is safe to assume Julie and Todd just don’t have that kind of cash sitting around. The New York Post goes on to report that the reality TV stars are expected to give up both of their $9M Nashville mansions in order to foot the hefty restitution bill.

In the absence of being able to write a check for $17.2M, the government will begin to seize Todd and Julie Chrisley’s assets to cover the cost of the restitution they were ordered to pay by the judge.
A source explained to The New York Post: “They’re going to have to give up a lot of things, including their homes, sadly. They won’t be able to afford it. But their main concern now is their children, especially their youngest boy.”
What will happen to their children?
Fans are in agreement that Grayson and Chloe are hurt the most by this situation. Chloe was taken in by her grandparents at a very young age. And, now she’s in a position where she’s going to lose her parents again. During the sentencing hearing, Julie heartbreakingly revealed that Chloe told her she wouldn’t want to go on living if Julie ends up in prison.
Presently, Savannah Chrisley has stepped up to take custody of both Chloe and Grayson. Fans assume she’ll have the help and support of her brother Chase and her sister Lindsie. It is unclear how involved Kyle will be in the situation.

They will not only lose the mansions but also the cars, jewelery, high end clothes that Toad always would brag about, shoes, everything. I wonder if the kids will lose the the cars he bought them?
They knew exactly what they were doing. I’m not judging…just stating fact. I do feel sorry for the younger children, but that doesn’t excuse their actions. They should have thought about their kids/mother before they got greedy and stupid.
Savannah has no business trying to raise even a puppy. Shes such an ego showboat just ugly inside and out. How and why, she changed her once good looks for a face like Todd. All Savannah cares about is who is looking at her. We saw her in local bar getting drunk and acting like a tramp. Where were the kids she’s supposed to be responsible for? Another issue is her big mouth bragging about money hid for Todd. Faye is in this as well as Chase they all are liars and worship money more than God. I reached out to the IRS to investigate all three. Todd knew trouble was coming so he got cash and had Savannah hide plenty. If anyone has one doubt that a huge bag of cash is not stashed away tell me, I’m wrong. How is so called model and movie star Savannah worth over six million dollars today Feb. 2023? A real Sharknado alright.
