On Friday, Michael Damian posted on Instagram, “Had a blast today filming @youngandrestlesscbs !! Thank you @therealstafford , MichaelGraziadei and amazing crew! 🎥📺”
The “Rock On” singer shared a photo of him beaming, as Michelle, who portrays Phyllis Summers, planted a big kiss on his cheek.
However, Lauralee Bell, who portrayed Christine Blair, aka Cricket, posted, “What? You’re in Genoa City? 😂 yay! 👏👏” She had no clue he was back!
We can already guess we know who will be in scenes with Michael Damian. It sounds like a family affair with Michael Graziadei, who plays Daniel Romalotti, and Michelle Stafford, who plays Daniel’s mother, and Danny’s baby mama.
The multi-talented actor/singer/writer/director/producer originally started on The Young And The Restless back in 1981. He left the series in 1998.
The last time that Michael Damian was on the CBS soap was in 2013, for the Katherine Chancellor memorial service.

Although it has been nearly a decade since he reprised his iconic soap role, he told Soap Central that he was always open to returning.
I’ve told them many times, if I’m not out of the country or directing, if they let me know when it’s going to happen, and I’m in L.A., then absolutely. I always have a great time popping on and shaking things up a little bit,” he said. “I’m just thrilled they never killed my character!
However, there is one caveat. “I don’t want to be a home wrecker.”

Since he was last on Young And The Restless, Michael Damian’s career behind the camera has taken off.
He wrote and directed the 2020 Hallmark movie Christmas Waltz, which stars Lacey Chabert and Will Kemp. It was Hallmark’s number-one movie that year.

Michael Damian Produced New Lindsay Lohan Netflix Movies
Michael Damian has a big movie coming out soon called Falling For Christmas. Netflix will drop this movie on November 10. This is Lindsay Lohan’s return to rom-coms, after a long absence. She co-stars with Chord Overstreet.
Michael is producing this movie, he and his wife Janeen wrote the script with Jeff Bennett, and Ron Oliver, and this movie is Janeen’s directorial debut.
In addition, the Damians were behind Lohan’s second Netflix Movie, Irish Wish in the same capacity. That should premiere in 2023.
