GMA anchor brings “Monday Motivation” to fans

On Monday, October 24, Robin Roberts shared a special “Monday Motivation” video with fans on social media. It featured a special appearance by someone close. Robin took to Instagram and Twitter to share the message. She was emotional as she shared the special message that resonated with her.

“Good morning! #GlamFam and I hope you have a wonderful weekend,” Robin Roberts captioned the video. “Sorry for our delay…we were waiting to add a special guest to our #MondayMotivation.”

Robin stepped into a striped dress. She admitted that she was starting later than usual that morning. That’s a relatable feeling on Monday mornings. However, she felt it was important to share this particular message.

“You may be facing a situation that seems impossible. The sickness, the financial difficulty, the setback in your career,” Robin Roberts shared with her fans. “You are not fighting the battle alone. The most high God is going before you, behind the scenes right now, changing things in your favor. He’s crossing over ahead of you, taking care of the sickness, taking care of the trouble.”

Her longtime partner of 17 years, Amber Laign, also made an appearance. The reason why Amber joined her is that they wanted to thank fans for the “continued prayers.” She concluded her heartfelt message by telling her fans to “Have a blessed day,” while Amber added, “And be a blessing.” Robin joked to her fans: “I got her trained.”
