What Is The Great American Christmas Movie Catering Christmas About?

You are starring in Catering Christmas with Merritt Patterson soon. What can you tell us about this Great American Christmas movie?

Catering Christmas is an idyllic GAC Christmas movie. It has everything good audiences have come to expect from this growing network. There was a chemistry on set that I think people will love to see on their screens. It was a real pleasure to be a part of this one.

Daniel Lissing Talks About His Catering Christmas Character

Your character in Catering Christmas is Carson Jacob Harrison. That is one impressive name. Can you tell us something about him?

Carson is a little lost when we first meet him. A traveling photographer for the rich and famous. He finds himself unfulfilled. That is until he meets Molly (played by Merritt Patterson). Carson finds himself as he falls for her.

What Does Daniel Lissing Enjoy About Making Holiday Movies?

You have done a lot of Christmas movies. What do you enjoy about making holiday movies?

I think the Christmas movies I’ve done have one strong common thread – They make people feel good! I love that I can be a small part of something that brings joy to so many.

Daniel Lissing Talks About Playing Jack Thornton One Last Time

Last year, you were in two wonderful Great American Family holiday movies. First, A Christmas Star, and next, you reprised your Jack Thornton Role For When Hope Calls Christmas. While the latter may be considered a cameo, it was very powerful. You were amazing. What surprised you about returning to this role after several years? Did you find it easy to get back into red serge?

I really enjoyed playing Jack one last time. I was surprised how nostalgic I was while shooting… I really had to focus on the scene.

What Are Daniel And Nadia’s Holiday Traditions?

Now that you have been married a couple of years to your lovely wife Nadia, have you started any new holiday traditions? Do you do Latkes under the mistletoe? Or something else that perhaps merges both Hanukkah and Christmas?

I think the most important thing for us during the holidays is to connect with our loved ones as much as possible. After all, that’s what it’s all about for me… Family.

Are The Maldives Incredible?

You and Nadia just went to the Maldives. Is it as incredible as you imagined?

It’s better. I highly recommend for everyone to travel our incredible planet as much as possible. Engaging in different cultures lends perspective.
