Mishael Morgan is stopping by Genoa City to reprise her Young And The Restless role as Amanda Sinclair. According to Deadline, Morgan has been filming this week. This quick guest-starring appearance will air later in the Spring. However there is no further information on her short visit. However, it may be pack a punch or a big reveal. The last time soap fans saw Amanda Sinclair was in February 2024.
Mishael Morgan has had the soapiest of stories on the CBS series. She portrayed Hilary Curtis in 2013. But, five years later, in 2018, Hilary was killed off the show. In a twist, Mishael returned in 2019. That was to portray Hilary’s twin, Amanda.
In 2023, Mishael Morgan won the Lead Actress Daytime Emmy. This win was Emmy history. She was the first Black actress to win this award.

Mishael Morgan Starring In New Hallmark Movies
Young And The Restless star Mishael Morgan is starring in the upcoming Hallmark movie, Hearts Around The Table: Shari’s Second Act. This is the second movie in a four-movie set. The theme is a group of adult foster kids and their foster mom portrayed by The Facts Of Life star Mindy Cohn. They regularly get together with her, as this is their family tradition. Mishael will be in all four movies, but starring in Shari’s Second Act.
In this movie, Mishael portrays Shari, who has returned home to D.C., is rebuilding her life after a painful breakup. She is back painting. But, she is not finding a spark. It turns out the good-looking handyman, Evan (Brendan Morgan), is her new muse. She finds herself inspired and creating beautiful works of art. However, she doesn’t realize that Evan is actually a gallery owner. Is this meant to be?
The other movies in the Hearts Around The Table series include Jenna’s First Love. This stars Ashley Newbrough and Steve Lund. This movie is now available on the Hallmark+ app. Premiering on April 5 is Josh’s First Serving. This movie stars Jake Epstein and Stephanie Bennett. Lastly, premiering on April 12 is Kiki’s Fourth Ingredient. This movie stars Kathryn Davis and Torrance Coombs.
