Disney+ series She-Hulk: Attorney At Law aired its Season 1 finale episode on October 13, 2022. As interesting as the episode was, fans were surprised by the fact that the series took a completely new direction. The finale episode introduced an unexpected cameo by an MCU character. Who was it? Why was it introduced to the She-Hulk series? Keep reading to find out more!
She-Hulk Enters The Real World Through The Disney+ Icon
The live-action series isn’t a stranger to taking a surprising and irreverent approach to the She-Hulk’s story, given her ability to break the fourth wall. However, the finale episode surely brought in the big guns and took the story in a wild direction. As the fight between the Intelligencia and Jen grows increasingly weird and loaded with cameos, she openly expresses how the storylines are coming together.
Also in the episode, Jen literally climbs out of the Disney Plus icon and makes it to the Assembled BTS documentary. She is now in the ‘Real World.’ After she is done confronting the writers of She-Hulk, she is directed toward a mysterious figure, Kevin. He is the one who is supposedly responsible for all MCU decisions.
After a brief fight, she finally makes it to Kevin or K.E.V.I.N. who is a robot with an outer shell that resembles a baseball cap.
K.E.V.I.N. Is A Robot Version Of MCU President Kevin Feige
K.E.V.I.N. stands for Knowledge Enhanced Visual Interconnectivity Nexus and is the architect behind the MCU. He initially gets offended at the idea of Jen wishing to change her show’s ending. After a few back-and-forth exchanges of ideas, K.E.V.I.N. finally lets Jen decide on a fitting ending to the story on her own terms. As per ComicBook, she finally returns to her MCU world to deal with her conflict on her own terms.
For fans that aren’t familiar with this new character K.E.V.I.N., he is actually the president of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige. He mostly wears a baseball cap in public which is a part of this cameo version as well. As of now, it is unclear whether the MCU president is the voice behind the K.E.V.I.N. character. The credit doesn’t appear on the show clarifying the same. Regardless, it is an exceptional and undoubtedly the biggest cameo for the MCU world with respect to someone behind the scenes.
She-Hulk Has Introduced Several BTS Characters’ Cameo
However, this isn’t the first time in She-Hulk’s history that Jen has crossed paths with and ultimately won over the creators. This led to several cameos throughout the series. She-Hulk has brought onboard folks from behind the scenes and bent them to her liking.
