Candace Cameron Bure wowed fans when she wore hot pink pants and a sports bra. The Fuller House star took to her Instagram Stories to share her latest workout with her 5.6 million followers. Earlier this week, Candace Cameron Bure took to her Instagram Story to share her workout with her longtime fitness trainer Kira Stoke. She wore a sage green sports bra with hot pink leggings. Candace held a resistance band in her hands as she stretched it above her head.

She captioned the post: “Finally got a light workout in with Kira over FT.” Kira posted the clips first and captioned them: “@candacebure has push-up superpowers.” This is a new version of the traditional push-ups, which require you to get on the floor. Plus, it’s easier on your muscles.

The busy mom of three has to find time to squeeze in a workout. When she’s not working on her clothing line or filming a Christmas movie, Candace makes sure to move. By the looks of these photos, her workout is clearly working for her.

Teases big news on Instagram

Candace Cameron Bure has been teasing big news on Instagram. On Tuesday, October 4, she posted a photo of a pink neon sign that read: “Be Kind.” The sign is on a dark lit wall and is surrounded by green leaves. Candace posted the photo without a caption. However, her Instagram post received a lot of support from her famous friends. Danica McKellar, GAC, and Tara Leigh Cobble all commented with heart emojis. Even some of Candace’s fans shared their thoughts.

On Tuesday, October 11, Candace Cameron Bure revealed that the Instagram post was a clue. She returned to share a photo of a yellow velvet chair. The Full House alum teased something big was happening.
