Tamera Mowry Describes Anxiety She Felt While Hosting The Real
She told the TODAY hosts about her time hosting The Real. She said, “That life is grinding. A lot of people don’t understand how hard it is to actually do a daytime talk show. One, you have to have so much energy at the butt crack of dawn, like all the time.”
Tamera Mowry continued, revealing why one season, in particular, was so challenging for her. She explained, “I can remember there was one season I did not remember at all, and it’s because I just had my baby. And I was nursing her and I just didn’t sleep.”
She described it as one of the “unhappiest times” she’s experienced. While on The Real, she was under scrutiny for the way she lived her life.
In 2020, she finally made the decision to step away from the talk show and went on to pursue more important things. She’s been focusing on her career as an actress while also prioritizing time with her family. She and her husband, Adam Housley, share two kids, Aden and Ariah.
Earlier this year, Deadline reported that The Real was coming to an end this June.
