Lifetime is premiering a new Life & Crime series called Meet Marry Murder. It will be narrated by Academy Award® winner Helen Hunt (Mad About You, The Sessions).

In this 10-part series, they go deep into the people who kill their spouses. How do they go from a loving couple to murder?

What Is Lifetime’s Meet Marry Murder About?

Ready for a new Life & Crime series? According to the Lifetime synopsis, Meet Marry Murder is what heptanes when the one you commit to spending your life with, “ends up taking it instead.”

Moreover, this series “explores several US homicide cases of spouses insidiously killed by their partners. Each story is told by the family, friends, and colleagues who best knew them, and the investigators committed to finding out the truth of twisted lies.”

“With chilling storylines of romance, betrayal and greed, detective intrigue, and more,” this series takes a deep dive into “relationships that have shockingly turned deadly.”

What are some of the scenarios? For example, one murderer goes on YouTube to reveal that they will murder their spouse. Another classic story is of a spouse who commits murder to get a big life insurance payout. Lastly, a story about an attorney whose meet-cute car crash led to marriage and then her murder!

There are 10 episodes to watch. Therefore, there are a lot of true crime stories that you will want to watch.

When Can You Watch Lifetime’s Meet Marry Murder?

The premiere of Meet Marry Murder is on Monday, October 3, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on Lifetime.

Ripped From The Headlines Movies Based On Real-Life Stories

Fans of Lifetime’s Life & Crime series, and the true crime genre will want to watch their Ripped From The Headlines movies. These movies are based on real-life stories about murder, kidnapping, and even human trafficking.

More so, every Saturday in October Lifetime will premiere another new Ripped From The Headlines movie.

Already Lifetime has aired Girl In Room 13, and The Gabby Petito Story. Next, the network is airing The Disappearance Of Cari Farver. This stars Zach Gilford, Rebecca Amzallag, Lea Thompson, and Alicia Witt. This premiere is on Saturday, October 8, at 8 p.m., Eastern.

Later in the month is Jenna Dewan’s return to Lifetime with Let’s Get Physical. Also, starring is Bradley Stryker, Jennifer Irwin, and Michael Consuelos. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are executive producers, along with Dewan. Let’s Get Physical premieres on Saturday, October 15.
