Sarah Herron Announces Pregnancy After Fertility Struggles

Bachelorette alum Sarah Herron is expecting her first child with fiance Dylan Brown. They have been trying to get pregnant for two years. They have been undergoing IVF for a while now. Finally, they have gotten the news they longed to hear. Keep reading to find out more, including the gender of their baby.

US Weekly shared all the details about Sarah Herron and Dylan Brown’s journey to conceive. Sarah is now seven weeks pregnant. After she underwent her latest round of IVF, she shared all the details and even some videos of the process. She said they were going to keep the results of that experience private for a bit to process feelings and emotions.

Finally, she’s sharing the big news! She said, “It’s very early still, and I know many families prefer to keep pregnancy private until after the first trimester, but I have shared entire fertility journey since day one.” She continued, “One of the blessings of IVF is the support I have gained by being transparent about this process.”

Sarah and Dylan started their IVF journey after trying to conceive naturally in 2020. She found out she had Diminished Ovarian Reserve. She instantly chose her doctor and started the IVF process.

On top of sharing that she is expecting, Sarah also shared their baby’s gender. Sarah and Dylan are having a baby boy. Their son is due in May 2023.

The news of her pregnancy comes after she also suffered a leg injury which has left her immobilized a lot of the time. She broke her knee while out walking her dog.

She raved about how supportive and wonderful Dylan has been through everything.

Sarah also talked about her wedding to Dylan. The two got engaged in May 2021. After learning that she is expecting, they are in no rush to walk down the aisle.

Sarah said, “Wedding plans are currently on hold. We feel that we have enough on our plates right now and will resume planning once baby is here.” She continued, “The idea of our little baby getting to attend our wedding with mom and dad someday feels really beautiful to me, so we’ll wait until that day is right.”

As for their pregnancy, they are trying to protect their hearts. They both realize they are still in the first trimester and are trying to remain patient and calm.
