‘Bringing Up Bates’ Fans Speculate Alyssa’s Baby’s Gender, Name
Bringing Up Bates fans are starting to predict Alyssa Bates Webster‘s baby gender and name. She only recently announced her fifth pregnancy, but fans are already curious about who this little one might be. Earlier this month, Alyssa and John revealed to Bringing Up Bates fans that their family is growing again. The couple specifically called this little one their “grand finale,” suggesting that this is their last baby.
So far, Alyssa has been dealing with some tough symptoms, including morning sickness. It seems pretty severe and has been keeping her on the couch, which isn’t easy with four young children.
At this point, John and Alyssa haven’t announced their baby’s gender or name ideas. But fans are beginning to make predictions.

In a new post on the Duggar Bates Confessions Instagram page, a fan shared their prediction for the baby’s gender and name. One fan thinks that the Websters will welcome a boy this time. The fan then said they think the baby’s name might be John and that they will call him Johnny.

In the comments section of the post, other Bringing Up Bates fans are weighing in. One fan agrees that this Johnny idea is “really cute.” Someone else thinks Alyssa and John would use the name Jack for their child if it’s a boy.
Someone else recalls Alyssa mentioning the name Zane Allen for a baby boy. It’s worth noting that Alyssa’s sister, Carlin Bates Stewart, named her son Zade. It’s unclear if the similarities would prevent Alyssa from using Zane.
Of course, this is all just speculation from fans and doesn’t mean anything. Hopefully, the official news about John and Alyssa’s baby’s gender and name will be announced soon.
