‘Alaskan Bush People’: Matt Brown Honors Queen Elizabeth II
Despite getting fired a few seasons back, Matt Brown keeps in contact with his fans more than any of his siblings from Alaskan Bush People. Matt has been working hard and living his sobriety journey, and he takes his fans on this ride with him.
In his latest video, he took fans along with him on his workday and showed everyone one of the things he loves most about his job. Then, he took some time to honor the passing of Queen Elizabeth II and talked about what she meant to the world.

Matt Brown posts videos a lot on his Instagram account, and he does it for a very good reason. He is a recovering addict and part of his recovery process includes keeping himself accountable. The way that Matt does this is by posting his videos. These videos allow him to show fans his daily routines and let them see that he is getting by just fine in his life.
However, he also uses the videos to help others by giving advice he has learned through his recovery process. He also likes to share good news and doesn’t shy away from talking about bad news. In his latest video, it was mostly good as he showed fans what he loves the most about his job. However, Matt Brown took a pause in the middle to talk about the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
“On the eighth the Queen passed away,” Matt said midway through the video. “Queen Elizabeth II. I just wanted to say how sad that is, actually, because she’s meant so much and done so much for so many, for so long. I always kind of viewed her like she was, and will always be, the ultimate symbol of actual majesty. That Royal majesty. One heck of a leader. I have always respected her for that. So, anyway, I think the world is a little smaller without her now. I hope we can all just kind of live up to her examples.”
Matt took a moment of silence after this before he finished up his video with more of his farm work.

After the video, fans took to the comments to thank Matt for his kind words about Queen Elizabeth II.
“Thank you for mentioning our beloved queen she was truly a very inspirational woman loved by the whole world and will be solely missed,” one fan wrote in the comments.
“What a nice tribute to Queen Elizabeth II! I’ve always been fascinated by the royal family,” another wrote. “I was sad too that she passed, she was an awesome !”
“Thank you so much for mentioning our late queen Elizabeth she will be greatly missed,” wrote a third, adding, “We now have King Charles the third.”
