‘The View’ Alyssa Farah Griffin Snubbed By Co-Hosts?

The View newbie Alyssa Farah Griffin is being snubbed by her co-hosts. She’s reportedly been “ignored” and “outcasted” by her colleagues. Alyssa officially joined Season 26 of the daytime talk show. She’s one of the two conservative panelists at the round table.

The other position went to Ana Navarro, who will appear on the show on a part-time basis. Fans haven’t warmed up to Alyssa. They don’t like her past job working for former President Donald Trump. Others slammed her attire — especially her choice of sexy dress and short skirts.

Alyssa Farah Griffin denies the rumors

In an interview with Good Morning America, Alyssa Farah Griffin talked about Season 26 of The View. She claimed that they all get along behind the scenes. Alyssa doesn’t feel shut out despite their opposing political views. Anchor Janai Norman recalled a time when Ashley talked about the tense “Hot Topics,” but those feelings don’t last for long.

“It doesn’t. And that’s the thing. And listen, by the way, I survived the Trump West Wing, I think I can survive The View,” Alyssa Farah Griffin joked. “We will see. I will be back to let you know. But, you know, the fun thing about the show is that there is a genuine camaraderie among the hosts.”

The former White House correspondent has appeared on The View in the past. Yet, Alyssa tested out for the show this summer. She claims that she’s comfortable around her co-hosts. She’s gotten to know the women, especially the time when the cameras go off.

Alyssa noted that “Joy is cracking a joke” and “Sunny is showing me pictures of her dogs.” They developed a close friendship during their time on the show. Alyssa’s main goal is to “elevate the discourse.” Alyssa became a full-time panelist during Season 26.

Ignored by The View co-hosts?

The first heated discussion took place on Thursday, September 8. Alyssa Farah Griffin argued with her co-hosts during the “Hot Topics” segment. An insider told The Sun what happened behind the scenes. Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, and Sunny Hostin ignored her when the show went to commercial break.

“When the first segment went to commercial break, Sunny faced away from Alyssa as the four women turned towards Whoopi while talking. Alyssa stared at the women as they were in conversation, but she eventually went on her phone and chatted with her makeup artist.”

This happened during each commercial break. Alyssa Farah Griffin would look at her phone while her co-hosts spoke with one another. During the live broadcast, Joy “would make faces” every time Alyssa spoke. The first segment of that episode talked about President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle showing off their White House portraits.
