Bear Brown: Do You Want More ‘Alaskan Bush People’?
The fate of Alaskan Bush People remains in limbo. Patriarch Billy Brown ran the family business and did all the transactions with Discovery when it comes to the show. However, he died in February 2021.
Yet, at least one member of the Brown family wants the show to continue. Bear Brown wants to know if fans want to see more Alaskan Bush People, as well.
Bear Brown wants more Alaskan Bush People
Alaskan Bush People told the story of Billy Brown and his family living in the brush and woods of Alaska. They made it on their own by hunting, building, and surviving without outside help. This family included his wife Ami and his sons and daughters. Over time, his kids got married and brought in grandkids. The Brown family grew.
However, Billy died last year. The most recent season of Alaskan Bush People showed his death and how it affected his wife and kids. Since then, his son Bear Brown got married to Raiven Adams and finally settled down with their son River. Despite some recent legal problems with a domestic abuse arrest for Bear, the two are back on the same page and Raiven is pregnant with their second son.
The family has gone on living their lives (albeit in Washington State now). Fans question if there will be a new season of Alaskan Bush People even with Billy gone. One person who wants this is Bear Brown. He recently posted on Instagram a photo of Batman and Joker and the caption, “Anyone who wants a new season of Alaskan Bush People raise your hand!!!!!” He followed this up with an emoji of his hand raised.
Noah Brown also not sure about fate of the show
A fan asked Noah Brown on a recent IG post he made whether or not there would be a new Alaskan Bush People season. Noah said, “sorry, but I am not supposed to say.” This seems to be a non-answer that usually means that they are either in talks for a new season or there is one coming, but are waiting for Discovery to announce it. Noah did announce he was starting his own YouTube channel, and Bear has also promoted it, as well.
Bear Brown’s comments could be a way to gauge fan interest in the show’s continued existence without Billy Brown. The most interesting parts of the show lately were the kids anyway. Alaskan Bush People mostly focused lately on Bear, Gabe, Noah, Rain, Bam Bam, and Snowbird. With grandkids arriving, it seems that the show could remain entertaining with the Brown siblings leading the way. Mother Ami would also remain an important figure in the series.
