Jana Duggar’s Legal Situation
If you missed the news in December, you should know that Jana was hit with a child endangerment charge. The violation occurred in September but remained private for a few months.
Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball first broke the news and revealed that Jana had fallen asleep while she was responsible for the children at her parents’ home.
22-month-old Maryella Duggar was allegedly found in the road near the family’s home, and that’s why Jana Duggar was charged. Fortunately, Maryella was not harmed.
Jana later issued a statement on the situation, as did her younger sister, Jessa Seewald.
