Does JoJo Siwa Owe Candace Cameron Bure A Public Apology?
The tea has been spilled on what really went down between JoJo Siwa and Candace Cameron Bure. Now, one question remains. Does JoJo Siwa owe Candace an apology? This is something Candace’s followers got in a pretty heated debate in the comments of her post spilling the tea on exactly what happened.
Wait, what happened?
As TvShowsAce reported, JoJo Siwa went viral on TikTok after accusing the Full House star of being the rudest celebrity she had ever met. JoJo never clarified or went into any detail. Candace went on Instagram last night with a video revealing she used all her resources to connect to JoJo and talk to her on the phone. As TvShowsAce also reported, Candace explained that she mistakenly broke JoJo’s heart when she was just 11 years old. The two cleared the air and Candace urged everyone to “move on.”
Does JoJo Siwa owe her an apology though?
Candace told her followers that she did apologize to JoJo even though JoJo said it wasn’t a big deal. In the comments of her post, The Full House star’s followers question why JoJo Siwa made the TikTok in the first place if she didn’t think it was a big deal. Many of her fans noted that JoJo Siwa needed to apologize to Candace for any damage the situation may have caused. Other fans, however, chimed in noting JoJo should be free to speak her mind and this was clearly something she had carried with her for years.
On TikTok, there are a lot of people who believe JoJo Siwa does owe Candace Cameron Bure an apology. The comments of all her TikToks are being flooded with one single word. “Apologize.” The portion of the Internet urging her to apologize for noting that it either “wasn’t a big deal” or it was. But, if it “wasn’t a big deal” she should be the bigger person and apologize for causing grief over a stupid TikTok trend.
Presently, it does not appear as if JoJo Siwa has said anything on TikTok or Instagram since Candace dropped her video explaining what happened yesterday. According to Candace, JoJo admits she didn’t think that the TikTok was a big deal and had no idea it would get so much attention when she posted it.
