Savannah Chrisley says progress is all about “bouncing back.” Once again, the Chrisley Knows Best star is sharing cryptic posts on Instagram. She’s had one heck of a year. Earlier this year, her ex-fiance Nic Kerdiles confirmed that they went their separate ways. He suggested that Savannah was the one who pulled the plug on their on-and-off relationship.

Then she got backlash for her bikini-clad trip to the Cayman Islands. Around the time, her Aunt Francis passed away and fans criticized her for not honoring her loved one. Last month, Julie and Todd Chrisley were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion.

They are currently awaiting sentencing. Savannah has since broken her silence on that matter, which you can read here. On top of that, Nanny Faye has been diagnosed with cancer. The family can’t seem to catch a break.

Since then, Savannah Chrisley has gone back to posting cryptic quotes on Instagram. The reality star has a feeling they’ll bounce back just fine.

The Chrisleys want to move on from their past, which came back to haunt them in the court trial that played out. On Sunday, July 3, Savannah Chrisley took to her Instagram Stories to post a new cryptic quote from Adam Grant. The Instagram post itself comes from Cass and Marcus Hamill of The Sattva Life.

“Progress isn’t always about getting better. Sometimes it’s about bouncing back,” the quote reads. “Success is not only the peaks you reach – it’s the valleys you conquer. Every experience of enduring adversity & overcoming obstacles is a meaningful accomplishment. Resilience is a form of growth.”

The caption of the original post is about looking back on your journey and noticing the changes that took place. Even though the road isn’t always easy, you should look to the lessons that you learned. This is what leads to change and lets new opportunities come into play.

Savannah Chrisley reposted that very quote on her Instagram Story. She didn’t include any context for it. But, she’ll post quotes that resonate with her, which is common for most people. Most of the time, it doesn’t mean anything. But with the timing of events, it’s interesting that she chose that quote.
