Mama June Berated For Putting New Husband Before Honey Boo Boo
It’s no secret that Mama June has made a lot of questionable decisions as a parent over the years. But now that she no longer has custody of her youngest daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, June is free to do as she pleases. And those plans definitely include her new husband, Justin Stroud.
However, a lot of things aren’t quite sitting right with fans. For example, fans want to know why on earth she chose to marry Stroud so quickly. And how could she ever put him before her children?

Mama June Shannon gives her new husband more attention than she ever gave to her daughters
Mama June’s fans were really happy to hear that she was no longer with Geno Doak. However, they were a little taken aback when she announced that she and Justin Stroud were together. Stroud has a criminal record filled with drug charges — and that isn’t great for Mama June’s sobriety.
Things got even more shocking when June Shannon announced that she and Justin actually got married. Now, Lauryn Efird, June’s second youngest daughter, has custody of Alana. She stepped up to take care of her younger sister when she believed their mother no longer would.
To celebrate the marriage, Mama June shared a very lengthy Instagram post in tribute to her new husband. And fans can’t help but feel she’s giving Stroud way more attention than she ever gave to her daughters.
Some fans had kind words, but others expressed their anger with the reality TV star.
“Now if June would show the same enthusiasm for her daughters as she does her men .. then she would have something to talk about .. J’s ..” wrote one fan.
“You need help. Get away from addicts. Your children should be first always,” added another.
The reality TV star’s dramatic break with Geno Doak
Fans suspect that Justin Stroud won’t be good for Mama June. But virtually anyone would be better than her ex, Geno.
After leaving Geno, June Shannon hid from him and feared for her life. Things got so bad that even her own production crew couldn’t get in touch with her. It appears that Geno couldn’t stay sober, so he became incredibly toxic and abusive to June.
Fans may not agree with Mama June’s parenting choices, but absolutely no one deserves to be abused. Hopefully, Justin Stroud will prove everyone wrong and actually be good for the mother of four.

I’m sure I can speak for alot of people. Nobody wants to hear about June Shannon. She don’t give 2craps about her kids or grandkids all she cares about is herself. They need to cancel Shannon from the show and rename it. She is going to ruin her daughters marriage . It’s pretty sad that her granddaughter is picking up the things the adults are saying asking Jessica if she is a stripper. Really. Take her off the show or people should boycott the show. Pumpkin and Josh are doing a wonderful job as parents. I love the way pumpkin is stepping up to the plate for her sisters especially Alana.
