Mama June’s latest Instagram post has a few people scratching their heads
June Shannon is in love again. In fact, she’s a married woman. The family matriarch reportedly tied the knot with Justin Stroud after dating him for just a few short months.
Fans feel like she really abandoned her daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson for Stroud though. They recently attacked her for this move, but that’s not where the latest attacks are stemming from.
In a new Instagram post, the mother of four just wanted to share how much she loves her new husband. The post is pretty lengthy — and it’s all in one continuous sentence. There are a lot of spelling mistakes and no punctuation whatsoever. It’s a little tough to read and that’s what fans took issue with.
“Punctuation is key,” one follower wrote on her post. However, another follower pointed out that there’s probably a reason for that.
“She’s blind, probably used the talk to text,” they defended the family matriarch.
“This is social media, not a college essay paper. Y’all will be just fine,” someone else chimed in.
There were several other comments that reiterated the same sentiments. A follower pointed out that Mama June didn’t use a single period throughout her post. Another fan came to her defense and said that Mama June frequently uses the talk-to-text feature, even on her show. Her eyesight is poor and it’s the only way she can successfully communicate.
Others felt that the followers getting upset about the spelling and grammar were being ridiculous and that they should just “deal with it.”
