In the past, Audrey has been called out for putting her children in dangerous situations. In one snap, she showed her two young kids, Ember and Bode, playing in front of the lit fireplace without a door or barrier.
She’s also posted pictures of her baby, Radley, sleeping with a huge, thick blanket, which doesn’t meet safe sleep guidelines. Fans have called her out for “blasting” her baby boy in the face with essential oils, too.
But now, she’s getting more backlash after sharing more parenting tips online.
Audrey Roloff shares new parenting tips on social media.
Audrey has two different Instagram accounts that she uses. One is her main page called @AudreyRoloff. Her other account is used to promote Young Living essential oils, which she sells through the company. On her essential oils Instagram page, Audrey shared some dangerous advice with fans.
She said, “If you are a mom currently introducing your baby to solids… you need this oil.”
She then showed viewers how she applies it to her son, Radley’s stomach and added, “Just a few swirls around in his belly button.”
The mom of three also told fans that her kids have essential oil diffusers in their bedrooms. She said they have done this since they were babies.
Little People, Big World fans are horrified by her suggestions.
Over on Reddit, LPBW fans are discussing Audrey Roloff’s recent social media posts. And they are seriously freaked out by the parenting ideas she’s shared. Some say it’s “dangerous” and others think it’s totally “fake.”
Someone asks, “I can’t deal with these folks. They always say to put it around their bellybutton or bottom of their feet.. as if it’ll absorb through the skin into their body ? Because why would you want that ???”
Others are saying just how strange this seems. One fan writes, “What a weirdo!”
Someone teases, “Nothing like some good ole parental fear mongering.”
