Carlin Bates Reveals Next Steps After Health Scares & Testing

In case you missed the previous updates, here’s what you should know. Carlin has been having “episodes” in which she passes out. Because she has two young kids, Layla, 2, and Zade, 1 month, this is especially scary.
She has been to the emergency room or hospital four separate times in the past couple of weeks. At this point, she doesn’t have a diagnosis or treatment. However, she has had several tests done, including an MRI. Now, she’s wearing a heart monitor.
Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart are currently in Nashville, Tennessee, which is where his family is from. The couple was visiting with their two young kids when Carlin’s issues continued. So, they decided to spend the week is Nashville to get some extra help with the kids.
Carlin Bates reveals what’s next after her health scares.
For the past couple of days, Carlin hasn’t been very active on social media. This is odd because she typically posts on her Instagram stories throughout the day. Fortunately, she hopped online in the afternoon on Thursday, May 19 to give her followers a little health update.
The Bringing Up Bates star wrote that she was able to line up some doctor’s appointments for next week. So their plan is to stay in Nashville with Evan’s family for a little while longer.
She explained that the appointments are “backed up because of short staff.” So, she can’t get in as soon as she hoped she would be able to. They are trying to avoid going to the ER if they can help it, but she admitted that the episodes all being different is “kinda scary.”
Carlin Bates reassured fans that she’s “doing good.” In the meantime, she’s enjoying some quality time with her family.
