Carlin Bates Invites Fans Into Her New Home
Bringing Up Bates stars Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart are officially homeowners! They recently revealed to fans that they had closed on their new house, and now, they’re inviting everyone in to check it out. Keep reading to get all of the details about the house and to watch the video tour.

In a new YouTube video, Evan Stewart and Carlin Bates take fans on a tour of their new home. It looks like the couple is very happy with the home they’ve purchased for their growing family. They currently have a two-year-old daughter, Layla, and a one-month-old son, Zade.
As you can see in the screenshot below, they have a nice pantry, lots of cabinets and counter space, plus stainless steel appliances. The couple talks about how much of an upgrade this kitchen is.
In their rental, they don’t have a full-size fridge and also don’t have a dishwasher. Their washing machine and dryer are in the kitchen in their rental as well. So, this new kitchen seems especially spacious.
The new home has a nice yard with a concrete patio. It has a temporary fence, which Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart think will be great for the kids and their dog, Izzy.
Upstairs, there is a primary bedroom, two regular bedrooms, and a bonus room. They plan to split the huge bonus room down the middle and use one side for a TV area and one side as the kids’ playroom. All of the bedrooms have nice-sized closets. Carlin says that, at their current home, Layla and Zade are sharing a dresser. But now, they will each have their own closet.
The home has two-and-a-half bathrooms. The laundry room is located on the second floor, which Carlin loves because she won’t have to carry laundry up and down the stairs.

Also in their video, Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart inform fans that they will be making changes to the home. They will be changing the fireplace and mantel. There will also be paint color changes and new flooring. They plan to do all of this work before moving in with the kids. So, fans should stay tuned for updates as they get to work.
