On Mother’s Day, which was May 8, 2022, Esther and Nathan hopped online to give fans some exciting news. The couple revealed that they are expecting their first baby!
At this point, Nathan and Esther haven’t shared a ton of details with fans. They shared a few photos from a professional photo shoot, which you can find here. They didn’t mention the baby’s gender, so they may not have found out yet, or they might be waiting until the baby is born.
When sharing the news, they simply stated that the baby is coming in October. So, this has fans wondering when exactly they can expect Nathan and Esther’s baby to make his or her appearance.

On Instagram, Esther recently gave fans a peek at her growing baby bump. She posted a couple of mirror pictures, cradling her small bump. Then, she added a sticker, which said the baby is the size of a cucumber. She also revealed that she is 18 weeks pregnant.
Nathan Bates’ wife added that the “baby bump is poppin’.”

Because Esther noted that she was 18 weeks along this week when she snapped these bump photos, her due date may be around the middle of October. It’s unclear what day she took these pictures and what day she reached the 18-week milestone. So, the middle of October is just an estimation.
Esther Bates’ due date has not been announced publicly yet. So, we don’t know the exact due date for sure. But fans can expect the new member of the Bates family to arrive in the middle of October.
Of course, because babies aren’t often born on their exact due dates, Esther could technically give birth anytime in October. So, fans should be on the lookout around that time.
