‘OutDaughtered:’ Danielle & Adam Busby Make BIG Mistake With Blayke?

Big changes for Blayke Busby
Danielle Busby took to her Instagram Stories and her profile to reveal something major had changed with her oldest daughter Blayke. She shared a photo of herself and her oldest daughter. In the caption, she asked her followers if they noticed anything different about their beautiful eldest daughter. Some fans were quick to notice the chance. Fortunately, Danielle did drop some more hints via the hashtags attached to her Instagram post for those who didn’t see it.
What was different with Blayke? Turns out, Blayke Busby got her braces removed! The photo was herself showing off her pearly white teeth with her mother Danielle standing beside her.
While many fans were quick to shower Blayke Busby’s bright new smile with love, there were some that had big questions for Danielle and Adam. Namely, some fans believed the parents made a huge mistake. What is it fans think they did wrong?
Fans accuse Adam and Danielle Busby of making a mistake
In a comment liked about 40 times inside 24 hours, one fan accused Danielle and Adam Busby of making a huge mistake with their oldest daughter. This fan pointed out Blayke had a few gaps in her smile where her adult teeth had not come in yet. The fan questioned: “Will she have them on again? Looks like she is waiting on some teeth to come in?”
A second individual responded to the comment noting they agreed before adding they always thought Blayke Busby was way too young for braces. Did Adam and Danielle make a mistake with this decision?
There were at least 10 replies to the comment as fans got into the logistics of it. Many notes that they did not get braces on themselves and/or their children until they had all their adult teeth. There were some, however, that noted children are getting braces younger and younger these days. One person even clarified
Scrolling down in the comments, there was another individual who left concern. This person’s comment was liked over a dozen times. “Curious if her adult teeth that haven’t come through yet will shift her teeth?” They questioned.
Several responded to this comment as well. The general consensus among those that replied was simple. They believe Danielle and Adam Busby wasted money on these braces unnecessarily when she’ll likely need braces again in a few years.
While Adam and Danielle Busby did not respond to any of these comments, they’ve always been very open about the fact that they work hard for their money. And, they’ll spend that money however they want to.
Recommended age for braces
This chatter among OutDaughtered fans bodes one very simple question though. Is there a recommended age for getting braces? As TvShowsAce previously reported, fans have always thought Blayke Busby was a little young for braces. Multiple blogs from various dental practices recommend children should be between 10 and 14 years old. Most clarify it is ideal for all (or nearly all) of a child’s adult teeth to come in before getting braces.
Technically, this means Blayke Busby was within the recommended age window for getting braces. So, by medical recommendations, Adam and Danielle Busby didn’t do anything wrong despite fans claiming they did.
