‘Bachelorette’ Fan Favorite Andrew Spencer Shares Advice, Famous DM’s, & More
Andrew Spencer was one of Bachelor Nation’s favorite contestants on Katie Thurston’s season of The Bachelorette. When Katie broke up with Andrew, she second-guessed herself when he left her a cute note. She chased him down the stairs and wanted him to stay. Andrew chose to move on and find someone who would choose him first.
While he’s looking for his special lady, he is certainly having a great time with The Bachelor: Live on Stage. Becca Kufrin hosts the live show and anyone who comes to the show can be pulled up on stage for a chance to be a contestant. The football player is very open with fans and gave a revealing interview to Bachelor Nation recently.
Andrew Spencer Answered Several Bachelorette Questions
Andrew Spencer answered twenty questions for Bachelor Nation that gave more insight into who he is. A lot of the questions he answered revolved specifically around the show. When asked what one needs to pack for sure when going on the show, Spencer said, “a lot of underwear.” He admitted he had to go commando a couple of times. Andrew revealed he kept all the roses as mementos from his time on the show.
He said the show taught him, “love can happen fast,” and the advice he’d give future contestants is, “be yourself completely and lean in.” His favorite thing about the show was being able to, “be present with only human interaction and putting down the phone.”
He Talked About Taboo Topics And His Pet Peeve
Andrew Spencer said he loves to talk about climate even though it’s somewhat controversial. He said his biggest pet peeve is no one picking up the bill and his guilty pleasure is sandwiches.
The most famous person who, “slid into his DMs,” is Justin Bieber. He gets pumped up to “Deja Vu by Olivia Rodrigo. The screen saver on his phone is a laughing llama and the movie on repeat is “Blended.” Spencer posted about his time spent on Bachelor Live on Stage on Instagram.
Spencer’s Still Holding On To The Bromances
His friend Thomas Jacobs said, “I’m proud of you and the seem strength in those pants for what y’all did on tour.” He then corrected his spelling saying he meant seam, because of Thomas’ tight pants. Spencer said the three people from the franchise he’d hang out with for the rest of his life would be Greg Grippo, Justin Glaze, and Mike Planeta.
He said, “Put yourself out there and do something that’s out of your comfort zone! That’s what I did and also the many that joined me on stage from the audience!”
