Jill Dillard Gives Sister-In-Law Anna Duggar A Shoutout
Former TLC star Jill Dillard is giving her sister-in-law Anna Duggar a shoutout online. Despite rumors that the Duggar family is in “chaos” following Josh Duggar’s trial, that may not be the case for Jill and Anna.
At this point, it’s unclear where Anna stands in regards to her husband Josh’s conviction in his child pornography case. For the first time in months, Anna recently hopped online to tell fans there is “more to the story.” She shared the link to Josh’s legal team’s request for a new trial. Many fans think that this means Anna still thinks Josh is innocent and that he will get off easily.
After Josh’s trial came to an end, Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard, issued a bold statement on his crimes and said that they were thinking of Anna and their seven children. Since then, we haven’t seen much from Jill or Anna. But now, Jill briefly mentioned her sister-in-law in an Instagram comment. What did she say?

Jill Dillard recently gave her sister-in-law Anna Duggar a shoutout online. However, it doesn’t have anything to do with Josh Duggar’s trial or conviction.
On Instagram on Wednesday, Jill Dillard shared a new post about her four-year-old son, Samuel. The Duggar daughter explained how he had earned a reward for his recent reading accomplishments. She also took this opportunity to ask fans for their motivational tricks for kids.
While this post was all about Jill teaching her son to read and rewarding him with ice cream, she did mention her sister-in-law, Anna Duggar.
In one comment, a fan asked Jill what Samuel’s reading level is.
In response, Jill talked about the readers they are using at home, along with word charts. Then, she added, “My SIL @annaduggar got us hooked on @preschoolprepcompany videos (several can be found on YouTube Kids) to help learn phonics blends, sight words, etc. It has helped both our boys SO much!! Sam currently watches 1 or 2 of those videos every day.”
Jill hasn’t mentioned Anna in months, but she said something now. It’s unclear what this means about the sisters-in-law and their relationship.
