Old Photo Of Anna & Josh Duggar Didn’t Age Well, Here’s Why
One of Anna and Josh Duggar’s old photos has surfaced online, and it hasn’t aged well. Since the photo was posted, Josh has been arrested, gone to trial, and been found guilty of receiving and possessing child pornography. So, there have been many changes for the couple.
Something that Anna said while sharing the picture has sparked a conversation online. While she might have had big plans for her future with Josh, things have changed drastically. Their lives no longer look the same.
So, what old photo has surfaced online, and why has it aged so terribly?
Anna and Josh Duggar’s old photo resurfaces, but it’s aged poorly.
Duggar Snarkers on Reddit dug up one of Anna and Josh’s old photos. They noticed something about it that didn’t age so well.
It’s a family picture featuring the couple with six of their children. They have since added a new little girl to their family, too. Anna posted it on Instagram less than a year ago.
In the caption of her post, Anna wrote, “Happy Birthday Joshua! I love being by your side — looking forward to what the next 33 years have in store for us!🤍”
One Reddit user writes, “Don’t think federal prison was what she had in mind last year…” Someone else chimes in, “hopefully its 33 years of him in jail.”
However, when she posted this photo on March 3, 2021, just weeks before Josh’s arrest, she might not have known exactly what was ahead.
One Reddit user points out that Anna had to have some idea of what was coming, though. They write, “Also she said this knowing the car lot was raided and he was probably going to be arrested. So she knew and was just being dumb.”
So, maybe Anna didn’t think about what could happen if Josh was found guilty, or maybe she was attempting to keep things looking positive from the outside. Some Duggar snarkers think Anna might have thought that Josh would be able to avoid prison time.
Josh Duggar is still awaiting setencing. While he may not spend 33 years behind bars, he will be doing some jail time.
