Hallmark Channel reveals 'Fall Harvest' series of five movies

It’s getting to that time of year when you can curl up on the couch with your feet up while watching the Fall Harvest lineup of movies on the Hallmark Channel. Light the fire and get out the popcorn and pumpkin spice latte and relax. Read a brief synopsis of each Fall Harvest movie below.

Hallmark Channel’s Fall Harvest lineup starts September 19

Viewers will be able to enjoy romantic movies over five straight weekends this fall, with each released on Saturday. The first in the lineup will air on Saturday, September 19 running through October 17. As reported by ET, the majority of the Fall Harvest movies were filmed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. The only exceptions are My Best Friend’s Bouquet, which was completed during quarantine and Sweet Autumn which has only recently started production.

Love at Daisy Hills on the Hallmark Channel

Premieres: Saturday, Sept. 19 at 9 pm ET/PT

Starring: Cindy Busby and Marshall Williams

Jo (Cindy Busby) finds out her family’s general store in Daisy Hills is losing money. The store was built by her late mother and her father, Duke, asks someone to help out. It turns out the helper is Jo’s former boyfriend, Blake (Marshall Williams). Formerly, the Daisy Hills native was a business consultant in New York. This leads to Jo and Blake arguing over the best approach to save the store. Jo knows a personal touch is needed in a small town, while Blake looks at how to make a profit. The couple eventually reaches a compromise and they find themselves falling in love all over again. However, Blake gets his dream job back in New York City. This leads to Jo and Blake considering their future.

Love at Look Lodge

Premieres: Saturday, September 26 at 9 pm ET/PT

Starring: Clark Backo and Jonathan Keltz

Next on the Hallmark Channel, the scene is a remote mountain lodge, where Lily (Clark Backo) has always dreamed of being an activities director. As part of her work, she helps a handsome hotel guest, Noah (Jonathan Keltz) plan his sister Justine’s wedding. Lily is determined to make the wedding a huge success. She ends up spending quality time with Noah and they fall in love.

Country at Heart

Premieres: Saturday, October 3 at 9 pm ET/PT

Starring: Jessy Schram, Niall Matter and Lucas Bryant

Country at Heart features a struggling Nashville musician Shayna (Jessy Schram). She decides to give up on her career and to return home to her small town. However, an unexpected encounter with a songwriter, Grady (Niall Matter) changes everything. Grady is writing a song for a country music star, Duke Sterling (Lucas Bryant) and it turns out Shayna is the ideal writing partner. As they work on the love song, the pair grows close and falls in love. However, when Shayna meets Duke, he takes a liking to her and asks her to be his opening act. This leads to everything she has with Grady being threatened while she has to choose between love or stardom on this Hallmark Channel film.

My Best Friend’s Bouquet

Premieres: Saturday, October 10 at 9 pm ET/PT

Starring: Chaley Rose, Nathan Witte, Rebecca Olson and Luisa d’Oliveira

Josie Hughes’ (Chaley Rose) has a family tradition where the wedding bouquet always finds the right person. However, Josie catches Emma’s (Luisa d’Oliveira) bouquet instead of their friend, Athena (Rebecca Olson). Josie fears she has ruined Athena’s chances of finding her fiancé. She meets an eligible bachelor at the reception and believes the boutique is doing its work. Meanwhile, her long-time friend Alex (Nathan Witte) is secretly in love with her. While Josie continuing to believe the bouquet is always right, she misses out on the fact that her perfect match has been there all along.

Sweet Autumn

Premieres: Saturday, October 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

Starring: Nikki DeLoach, Andrew Walker and Henriette Ivanans

According to the Hallmark Channel, Maggie (Nikki DeLoach) is a successful entrepreneur. However, at a will reading, she finds out she has inherited half of her Aunt Dee’s (Henriette Ivanans) maple candy business. She doesn’t understand why her Aunt has left the other half of the business to her maple supplier, Dex (Andrew Walker). It is Sweet Autumn Fest when she returns to her home town. During the event, Maggie and Dex read a series of letters left by Aunt Dee, trying to find out her reasoning. She and Dex get closer and Maggie must then decide whether she wants the life she has.
