Robin Roberts Missing Again From ‘GMA’, Where Is She?
It seems that every week, someone is missing from Good Morning America. It got really bad for a little while when the show lost both Robin Roberts and Michael Strahan, which made it very noticeable. However, Roberts returned, and then, after an extended absence, Strahan was also back.
Now, Robin is missing once again. However, this time, she has a very good excuse.
Robin Roberts Missing Good Morning America Again
Fans tuned into Good Morning America on Friday, August 16th, and saw Robin Roberts was missing in action once again. With Robin gone, it was Michael Strahan who anchored the episode. Linsey Davis and Eva Pilgrim joined him at the table. This means that Robin and George Stephanopoulos were both gone.
While there is no word on where George Stephanopoulos has gone, Robin Roberts let everyone know where she was on Friday. Robin missed Good Morning America this week because she jumped on a plane and headed to Wembley Stadium.
Robin posted a selfie of her and wife, Amber Laign, in the sunshine and wrote in the caption, “Headed to Wembley.” For those who don’t know, Taylor Swift is in the middle of a series of shows at the world-class stadium. Therefore, Robin and Amber were on their way to see the huge concert.
They also chose to wear blue sparkling tracksuits in honor of the Midnights era of Taylor’s tour. Add in the friendship bracelets she made ahead of time, and it seems that the GMA host was very excited to see the pop icon in concert this weekend.

George Stephanopoulos Also Planning To See Taylor Swift
While George Stephanopoulos was also absent from Good Morning America, he is not going to see Taylor Swift at Wembley Stadium this weekend. However, he does have plans to see her on tour, as he mentioned to Robin that he was going to see her in October when Taylor hits Miami.
The tour is a monster event, and while tickets are extremely expensive, the concerts are still selling out all over the world. Taylor’s most recent album, The Tortured Poet’s Department, just broke Whitney Houston’s record by holding the number-one spot for 12 weeks.
Not only is it a consistent number-one album on the charts, but it also allowed Taylor to beat out Kanye West. Her rival released his new album, and it was his first in years not to debut at number one, finishing second behind Taylor’s album.
The Eras Tour will finish its European run with the Wembley dates before hitting three cities in the United States. Then, there are two in Canada, when the tour ends in December.
