‘RHOBH’ Sutton Stracke ‘Stronger’ Since Joining Show
RHOBH star Sutton Stracke is sharing that she is “stronger” since joining the show in Season 10. She has had her ups and downs with the cast, and some disagree with her behavior. Now, after a rough Season 13, she is sharing what she has learned and how filming for Season 14 has gone. Keep reading for more details.
RHOBH Sutton Stracke ‘Stronger’ Since Joining Show
When Sutton Stracke joined RHOBH in Season 10, she did so by way of Lisa Rinna. They had been friends for some time and the one thing Rinna noted was how rich Sutton was. Being from the South, she was brutally honest, and sometimes, she rubbed people the wrong way. Over time, she forged friendships with co-stars such as Garcelle Beauvais, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Kyle Richards. Sadly, she and Rinna fell out as she did with some of the other women but she also had a closeness with Richards’ sister, Kathy Hilton.
Unfortunately, in Season 13, Sutton struggled a lot. She got into it with Kyle and Dorit Kemsley, often fueled by alcohol. Eventually, she revealed her ex-husband, Christian Stracke was moving to London and may be taking their son. If he did not, she would be getting more money monthly which was a hard pill for some to digest as this felt like rich people’s problems at its finest. Now, with Season 14 underway, Sutton is opening up about what she has learned since she joined the show. According to Reality Blurb!, she is far “stronger” than when she began:
“I think that it’s always great to be with a group of smart women and business women. I’ve learned a lot from these women for the last five years and I’ve kind of come into my own … [I feel I’ve] really found my voice … I think becoming stronger as a business woman has made me stronger as a person.”
She also started the show with a boyfriend but that fizzled out. Viewers watched her get a matchmaker and tried to get a second date. So, is Sutton Stracke working on her love life?
“I don’t have a lot of time for it. I’m really dating my business and enjoying it and I get frustrated a lot because the learning curve is quite steep, but also while maintaining a balance of home life and also friendships.”
Though she admits she does talk a lot about men in the new season, she is not focusing on finding anyone just now.
Co-Star Relationships
Sutton Stracke seemed very invested in figuring out what was going on between Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umanksy last season. She asked about Kyle not wearing her wedding ring and if that meant something deep. It wasn’t very comfortable for Kyle who was struggling in her marriage but did not want to display that to the world just yet.
However, the two women have come to a much better understanding and are in a far better place than they were previously:
“[We] are in a really good place. I just love her and I love our friendship where it’s going and so I want to be there for her to support her in any way that I can. We’ve talked about some things and I seem to be the queen of divorce. I don’t know why.”
Sutton also has her good friend, Jennifer Tilly as a “friend” on this season so that helps and Kathy Hilton is back again. So, it should be a very interesting season. Plus, the women gathered for Sutton’s big runway show so it looks like all is well with her.
