The Grand Tour Trio Go Their Separate Ways

This is the end of an era. The Grand Tour trio of James May, Richard Hammond, and Jeremy Clarkson have called it quits. According to The Daily Mail, the three presenters and Amazon Prime reality stars have ended their 21-year-old television partnership.

The three stars have filed documents to dissolve their company W. Chump and Sons. That means that with the exception of the already filmed Zimbabwe episode, they will no longer be working together in this capacity. The company was successful with £6 million in turnover, and £ 3.8 in assets.

Not bad for three guys who transformed reality television.

When Will The Final Grand Tour Zimbabwe Episode Premiere?

The Grand Tour trio filmed one last episode in Zimbabwe in 2023. However, Amazon has not announced the premiere date.

In addition, Amazon wants to keep the series going. They don’t seem to have anything set for the rebrand, but that news could be announced later this year.

What Is Next For The Grand Tour Trio?

Right now, The Grand Tour stars seem to be busy. James May has his own Amazon Prime series called James May: Our Man In…. This quirky travel and food show should continue for a while. He also owns a pub called The Royal Oak and has his own brand of gin called James Gin.

Next, Richard Hammond has been involved in a cornucopia of projects such as The Great Escapists, as well as Richard Hammond’s Crazy Contraptions.

Is Clarkson’s Farm Returning To Amazon?

Now that The Grand Tour trio has closed the doors on another season, what about Clarkson’s Farm? Will Jeremy, Lisa, Kaleb, Gerald, and the rest return? Yes. Amazon has its cameras at the Diddly Squat farm filming Season 4.

However, Andy Wilman, who produces both shows, has shared that he does not know how long the series will last. It is all about doing something interesting and creative. As this is the number one Amazon Prime show in the UK, with millions of fans worldwide, it is hopeful that there are enough farming stories to keep Clarkson and crew going for years to come.

Grand Tour and Top Gear fans, how do you feel about the end of this era?
