Tom Sandoval Suing Ariana Madix Over Rachel Leviss Drama
Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval is suing his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix over their past Rachel Leviss drama. This has been going on for a very long time with lawsuits going around and round in this circle. So, what has Sandoval gotten lawsuit happy and does he have anything to back it up with? Tom Sandoval Suing Ariana Madix Over Rachel Leviss Drama
‘Scandoval’ continues to linger even though Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules is on hold so the cast can move on from it. Ariana Madix sued Tom Sandoval so he would be forced to sell their Valley Village home and split the assets from the sale. At this point, the suit could go on for quite some time. Along with that, their former co-star and Sandoval’s ex-mistress, Rachel Leviss sued him and Ariana over revenge porn. She maintained an explicit video was recorded by Sandoval without her consent.
Then, Ariana saw it and sent it to other people but that has been denied. More so, Ariana has handed over proof to dispute Leviss’ claims. Now, things are getting even messier as Sandoval has decided to sue Ariana. The two were together for nearly a decade, and, as aforementioned, shared a home together. They purchased the house in 2019 but in 2022, he strayed and started a months-long affair with Leviss. She was not only their co-star but a close friend of Ariana’s. This ruined his relationship with Ariana as well as his friendships while becoming the most hated man on reality television.
So, why is Tom Sandoval suing Ariana Madix? According to Us Weekly, he is doing so because she retrieved the X-rated videos of Rachel Leviss from his phone without his consent. He alleges, in court docs, that Ariana “made copies” of the video and distributed it to “Leviss and third parties” without his consent. Jordan Susman, Ariana’s attorney, said this in response to the suit:
“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing. Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices. If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair. For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself. Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval “the most hated man in America,” he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image. Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims.”
Now, Sandoval had requested that the suit against himself and Ariana brought by Leviss be dropped or amended. That has not happened so he has taken matters into his own hands. Ariana went on to countersue Leviss.
Sandoval’s Lawyer Responds
After Tom Sandoval filed the suit against Ariana Madix, and her lawyer released a statement, his did, as well. On Wednesday, July 17th, Matthew Geragos stated this about the situation:
“While Tom Sandoval accepts responsibility for his affair, he strongly denies the allegations of the lawsuit filed by Rachel Leviss against him and Ms. Madix. In order to ensure a fair and just determination of responsibility among all parties involved, we filed a cross complaint on behalf of Mr. Sandoval. This customary legal action was crucial to ensure that liability, if any, is fairly distributed based on the actual level of involvement and fault of each party. We aim to resolve this legal dispute with upmost respect towards all parties involved.”
As a refresher, Sandoval was performing with his band on March 1st when his phone fell out of his pocket. It was retrieved and given to Ariana. She claimed she had women’s institution so she opened it and that was when she found an explicit FaceTime between Sandoval and Rachel Leviss. Their relationship was over that night but her career exploded. She landed a plethora of endorsement deals as well as DWTS and Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway.

Now, she is the host of Love Island USA and will be reprising her role as Roxie Hart for an extended one-month stint from August through September 1st. Finally, her sandwich sop with co-star, Katie Maloney, Something About Her, is doing immensely well so this is just an unnecessary situation.
