The Golden Bachelor couple, Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist announced that they are getting a divorce, and now, Jesse Palmer responded to the news on social media. Soon, ABC fans were sending in their comments and they are not happy people. In fact, there are a lot of disappointed viewers, and who can blame them? The senior dating show was touted to be the best thing since chocolate was invented.
Jesse Palmer Loved The Idea Of Older Couples Looking For Love
The seniors interested people, and in a way, it helped viewers understand that love doesn’t end at 60. Some great friendships were made, and lasting ties that bind made a difference to many of the women. Ratings were excellent, and many people felt that Joey Graziadei would have big shoes to fill. However, fans are disappointed and that extends to the host who loved the idea of the show.
Jesse Palmer didn’t decide to film The Golden Bachelor, but he is keen on The Golden Bachelorette. Perhaps now, he regrets that. While ABC stars have split after previous shows, it seems extravagant to many, that the franchise filmed the wedding of Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist. Overall, it’s a sad outcome. Some people like Susan Noles, still believe it’s a good show, but the sadness and anger are evident.

No Condemnation For The Golden Bachelor Couple From The Host
While many people feel angry about the couple divorcing already, the popular host of the show said nothing bad about Theresa Nist and Gerry Turner. He shared a photo from the show and in his caption, he wrote:
My heart is forever with these two beautiful souls ❤️ I am eternally grateful to have gotten to know Gerry and Theresa and to have been a small part of their journey. I learned a lot about life and love watching these two. Wishing them and their families both nothing but happiness 🙏🏼
Jesse Palmer seems kind and ready to let the failure go. However, ABC fans claimed it was bad and urged him to distance himself from the franchise. Here are some of those comments:

none of this is Jesse’s fault. he had nothing to do with the divorce.

I feel a little disappointed to me it was a waste of time they should have talked about where they were going to stay before they decided to hook up and get married
This was like watching two teenagers in love. They decided to marry because they couldn’t live without each other and found true love and happiness one more time. Except no one told these two teenagers that one would have to move to live together. Oh, and Teresa has a job she couldn’t leave. And, of course the devotion that they have for their families. It’s all hogwash. What really happened is when they woke up from the dream it wasn’t what either one wanted. But, that beautiful free wedding, the $40,000 ring, and the honeymoon turned their brains into mush! Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!

I don’t blame Jesse, but I do think they should have to pay back for the wedding and every extra thing paid for by Bachelor Nation!!!!
Sorry to see this happened. Don’t think that they should of gotten married so fast. Saying that I do think you can find love later in life. Jesse can still support both of them going forward without taking sides. I do believe that he has a true friendship with both of them.
