Mark Ballas is a three-time DWTS winner and took home the Mirror Ball Trophy last season. He was partnered with TikTok star, Charli D’Amelio. Together, they dominated the dance floor and brought him his third win. However, he is also a performer with the band, Alexander Jean. He is in that with his wife, BC Jean, whom he wed in 2016. They shared the big news that they were expecting their first child together in June 2023. This came after a sad miscarriage previously. Now, in a beautiful Instagram announcement, Mark shared that their tiny dancer is finally Earthside.

Mark wrote: “Welcome to Earth my son ✨ Banksi Wylde Ballas 11 / 5 / 23.” Along with that, he shared a sweet photo of him, BC, and Banksi holding hands. Luckily, the couple were able to keep the baby a secret for exactly one month. Fans, friends, and followers shared their congratulations with the couple on their new arrival. Former contestant, Candace Cameron Bure wrote: “Congratulations 🎈🩵🩵🩵🩵.” Former pro, DWTS co-host, and longtime close friend, Julianne Hough added this: “I love you Banksi 🥹❤️.” Finally, former pro, Kym Herjavec had this to say: Congratulations. Welcome to the world Banksi. Love his name 💙 sending you all so much love xox.”
Even Charli D’Amelio noted she was excited that Banksi was here. This is an important day in the DWTS world as it is the Season 32 finale. The final five have been practicing all week and it was a big twist last week. It appeared that one of the fan favorites would be sent home but fortunately, no one left. They will all compete this evening and it has been quite the season with unexpected comings and goings.
A Return Performance
Mark Ballas and Charli D’Amelio were set to perform on the season finale of DWTS this evening. When Ballas announced his baby had arrived, of course, one would have to wonder if he would still appear. Now, it is clear that Banksi is a month old so this did not happen today. Therefore, viewers should expect him and Charli to be there for their special dance. Hopefully, he will share more photos of his little angel.
