Did 1000-Lb Best Friends star Meghan Crumpler finally move out of the Arnold family’s home?

During the show’s second season, fans were flabbergasted when they realized Meghan Crumpler and her then-fiance were living with the Arnolds. Tina and her husband have four children. Adding Meghan and her fiance into the mix meant that eight people were living in pretty tight quarters.

The situation became much worse when the home flooded and they all had to temporarily move into a hotel room.

But according to the women’s social media activity, it seems that Meghan has moved out of Tina’s home. See what was said online.

Did the 1000-Lb Best Friends stars split up?

While watching 1000-Lb Best Friends, viewers felt confused about Meghan and Tina’s living situation. Tina and her family didn’t have much money or room in their home to spare. And yet Meghan and her then-fiance didn’t seem to have any problem taking up space or using the family’s resources.

Fans called for Meghan to move out. When Season 2 left off, Tina had just requested that they find a place of their own.

Now, it appears that actually might have happened.

“To My Bestie, a.k.a. my ride or die. I love you more than you will ever know,” Meghan captioned an Instagram post. “This is my first birthday not being able to be with you, Because we’re both sick, & live so far away 😭 and I can’t hang out with you today… But you were in my heart as always. Hope your day amazing as you are! What are you doing? Oh no oh no.”

A few comments asked about the current living situation, but neither Meghan nor Tina offered up a response.

If Meghan did move out, it’s not immediately clear when or why. As of the spring of 2023, the women were planning a cross-country road trip together, if they could raise enough funds on Kickstarter.

Ultimately, the project failed. Meghan and Tina only managed to raise $127 out of their $70,000 goal.

If 1000-Lb Best Friends does return for Season 3, fans hope they will get answers about Meghan and Tina’s living situation.

Did the women ditch Vannessa Cross too?

Only a few comments on Meghan’s Instagram post made reference to the living situation. However, many Instagram users did ask questions about Vannessa Cross.

For quite some time now, many have speculated that the women no longer associate with Vannessa. But the reasons why remain unclear. Vannessa only seems to post about her own personal weight loss journey. Meanwhile, Meghan, Tina, and Ashely, never really include her in their own social media posts.

Right now, there are a lot of unanswered questions. TLC hasn’t confirmed that 1000-Lb Best Friends will return for a third season, but fans are sincerely hoping for answers at this point.
