‘1000-Lb Best Friends’ Fans Are Confused About Meghan & Tina
Last year, TLC viewers fell in love with the cast of 1000-Lb Best Friends. Viewers loved seeing a weight loss show centered around four women with a strong bond.
Fans are happy that the series is back for another season. However, there’s something that viewers don’t quite understand. Why are Tina and Meghan still living together?
After viewers noticed the women seemed a little obsessed with one another, Tina made an Instagram post to clear the air. But it doesn’t seem like it had the outcome she expected.
Tina of 1000-Lb Best Friends claims she doesn’t only hang out with Meghan
1000-Lb Best Friends fans that follow the women online noticed something incredibly curious. Tina Arnold frequently posts about Meghan Crumpler.
As seen on the show, the women are incredibly close. But are the women starting to become a little too codependent?
This season, Meghan married her fiance Jon and the Arnolds decided to kick the couple out of their basement. However, it doesn’t seem like that happened at all. Meghan and Jon still definitely live in Tina’s basement. But interestingly enough, she doesn’t seem that bothered about it.
“Someone asked me why I only ever post about Meghan. (I have posts about the other girls further down my page) but Meghan lives with me. Our lives just happen parallel to one another,” Tina explained on Instagram. “Let me just tell y’all this… I am literally obsessed with Ashely. 🥰 If you don’t know, ask her, she’ll tell you. 🤣 I am snapping photos of this chick every chance I get, because I love her so much.”
The TLC star went on to describe all the things she loves about her friend. Tina added that she always runs to hug Ashely as soon as she sees her. She also values how much she trusts Ashely, which Tina admits can be a rare trait these days.
“I can’t imagine not having her in my life. And she just gets me! She understands me, which isn’t always easy… and she sees me too,” Tina continued. “We have so much fun together, she keeps me rolling in belly laughs… just another thing that makes her so irreplaceable.”
“Omg! I love you babe so much! ❤️😘Damn stalker 🤣” Ashely replied in the comments.
However, many followers took issue with the fact that Meghan and her now-husband Jon still live with Arnolds.

The Instagram post was supposed to be about Ashely and Tina’s friendship. But 1000-Lb Best Friends viewers had more questions about Meghan’s living situation.
“Why doesn’t she live on her own with her husband?” one of Tina’s followers asked. “As newlyweds, you’d think they’d want to start their journey together. Must be hard on your relationship 😢 I love watching you all. I’m rooting for you all 🙌”
“Wait.. ….Meghan is still living with you?…I love her, but DAAAUM. PS…Ashley is awesome ❤️” another wrote.

Meghan and her husband need to move out and let Tina and her family have privacy. Meghan is very needy and is taking advantage of her friend.
I think Meagan and Jon better get their shit together and move out. Do they pay rent? Do either of them work? I’m getting tired of Meagan acting like more like a child than an adult.
