The Bringing Up Bates couple tied the knot in 2022, and now, they are preparing to welcome their first baby to the world. They shared this huge news with fans back in March. Since making this announcement, the pair has posted many updates on Instagram and YouTube. They’ve taken fans along to doctor’s appointments, shown off the completed nursery, revealed his gender and name, and much more.
The couple’s first baby is a boy named Ryker Cruise. He’s due to arrive next month.
Recently, Trace and Lydia have been sharing updates about their son’s growth. A few weeks ago, they shared that, unfortunately, he’s still tiny and doesn’t seem to be growing much. He’s healthy, but he’s small. For this reason, he may need to be delivered early.
Now, the couple is back with more details after an appointment this week.
Is Baby Ryker Cruise coming early?
Lydia Bates hopped on Instagram to chat with fans about her baby boy’s growth. She informed her followers that he still hasn’t grown much, unfortunately. So, as of now, they are considering inducing her early. Because he’s healthy, he should be fine. The problem is that he’s not growing well, so delivering him would allow him to get bigger with breastmilk and formula.
On her Instagram Stories, Lydia let her followers know they would be releasing a YouTube video with all of the details soon. She just didn’t want to leave everyone hanging after revealing they had gone to the doctor’s office for a checkup.
Hopefully, the last few weeks of Lydia’s pregnancy go smoothly and the baby boy stays healthy. They will likely continue updating fans along the way.
