Lydia and her husband, Trace, are expecting their first child. The couple announced her pregnancy in March. Not long after, they learned that their little one is a boy. They’re naming him Ryker Cruise and he’s due to arrive in September.
With his expected arrival just around the corner, the couple has been going to checkups and ultrasounds. After each appointment, they offer updates via Instagram and YouTube. Recently, there have been concerns about Ryker’s size, so the doctors are keeping a close eye on him.
Amid the fears for Ryker’s health, Lydia Bates had the chance to be celebrated by her closest friends and family.

This past weekend, Lydia had her baby shower at Mahalo Coffee Roasters. The shower had an adorable surfing theme. For the special occasion, she dressed up in a pretty pale blue dress that hugs her curves and shows off her baby bump. It falls a few inches above her knees and features shoulder cutouts and ruffled detailing. The overall shape is form-fitting, highlighting Lydia’s bump. She paired the dress with nude sandals and pulled her blonde locks into a ponytail.
In her caption, she thanked her friends and family for coming out for such a special event. It looks like she certainly felt the love.
