As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Tom Schwartz shared his thoughts on Katie Maloney’s new boyfriend. According to reports, she’s dating actor 25-year-old Satchel Clendenin. He already met some of the Vanderpump Rules co-stars. As for Tom, he admitted that he’s already “met” Satchel.

In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, no subject was off the table. Schwartz shared his true feelings for Katie’s much younger boyfriend. He had nothing but good words to say about him. Schwartz admitted that Satchel is a “really nice guy.” All he wants is for his ex-wife to be happy.

“I will support whoever she wants to date,” Tom Schwartz told The U.S. Sun on Saturday, November 5. “Of course on some level it kind of stings, but I just want Katie to be happy. You know what I mean?”

The Bravo star admitted that he “liked him” when he was introduced to him “briefly.” Schwartz gets a good impression of the people he meets. The only thing he wants for Katie is to not end up with someone who’s an “a**hole.” He will continue to support her love life. However, their friendship has been strained due to his close-knit relationship with Raquel in recent months.

During the interview, Tom Schwartz admitted that he has “zero desire to date anyone.” He also has no interest in swiping right on a dating profile. For now, Schwartz plans to focus on himself and his business. As for his type of woman, he admits that he doesn’t really have a type.

“Great sense of humor, intelligent. My favorite thing right now and always low-key, I really always appreciate humility,” Tom Schwartz explained. “I like self-depreciation… I like strange people. A little quirky yeah but I don’t know if I have a physical type.”
