Tax evasion or fraud should not be sentence to prison. They already owe taxes, why punish we the tax payers. Make them work to repay and do community service. Not just for the Elite, but for any citizen. We send the wrong people to prison. Prison is for those who kill and hurt others. Not filing on paying taxes should not be a prison sentence but a community service sentence. Too much of our tax dollars are spent on non-violent offenders.
