Lori Loughlin Starring In Great American Family RomCom
Lori Loughlin fans finally know why she obtained permission to go to Canada. She is going to film a new movie. Moreover, this is for Great American Family. Here are the latest details.
Lori Loughlin Will Star In Great American Family’s Fall Into Winter
On Thursday, Deadline reported that Lori Loughlin is returning to Great American Family to star in an upcoming romantic comedy. The rom-com is called Fall Into Winter.
They will begin shooting this movie on Friday, and it will air in January, after Great American Christmas. This will be part of the network’s winter programming schedule.
Bill Abbott, President, and CEO of Great American Media gushed over her return. “Lori is a genre-defining star that I have had the honor to call a close friend and collaborator for more than 15 years.”
We have a shared vision for creating meaningful and memorable movies that resonate with our passionate fans, and I look forward to welcoming her back to Great American Family to anchor our 2023 winter programming slate.
What Is Fall Into Winter About?
In the upcoming Lori Loughlin movie, Fall Into Winter, she portrays Keely. Keely is stuck working with her brother’s high school best friend, Brooks. That is because her brother sold his half of their family’s candy shop to Brooks!
This upscale establishment has always been part of her life, and so has Brooks. Now, it is time to find a way to work together. It turns out that they do have a connection. They are both afraid of letting anyone else in.
Could they find common ground, and perhaps even a common heart?
Cara J. Russell wrote the script. Great American Media has not shared who the director is, or who is portraying Brooks.

This Is Lori Loughlin’s Return To Great American Family
This is Lori Loughlin’s second acting gig since the college admissions scandal fallout when she was fired by both Fuller House, and Hallmark, when, ironically, Bill Abbott was at the helm there.
She was in the midst of filming a second of three Garage Sale Mysteries. In addition, When Calls The Heart Season 6 was just beginning to air. Later, it was revealed by the show’s co-creator, Brian Bird, that they had to remove Lori’s character, Abigail Stanton from the remaining episodes or face losing the show.
However, last year, Loughlin was able to reprise her Abigail Stanton role for When Hope Calls Christmas for Great American Family, who was called GAC at that time. This was her first role since the scandal.
Now, she is back on Great American Family for a second movie. There should be more information released in the upcoming week.
