‘Below Deck Med’: Did Natasha Webb Backtrack On Her Story?

Below Deck Med Season 7 breakout star Natasha Webb changed her story about her tryst with Chef Dave White. TV Shows Ace shared the details of the latest episode, which showed Dave spiraling and rage texting the chief stew. He had too much to drink and was in his feelings during the latest crew outing.

He started texting her since she ignored him throughout the day. The texts grew worse throughout the night. Some would say they were downright concerning. On her debut on Watch What Happens Live, Natasha revealed what really happened on the yacht.

Dave White sent “threatening” text messages

The Below Deck Med newbie showed up at the clubhouse on WWHL. She opened up about the “threatening” messages that Dave sent her. This comes after the end of their two-month hook-up, which took place on a different boat. The two put their relationship on pause as they navigated their work relationship.

In the recent episode of Below Deck Mediterranean, Dave almost lost his job over those messages. He rage texted her while drunk. In some of the text messages that were shown on-air, he called her a “sl*t” and “wh*re” after their drunken night out. Natasha was fearful for her life and had stew Kyle Viljoen stay with her in the master suite just in case the situation escalated.

The Below Deck Med cast member claimed that the show put Dave in a better light. The editing made him appear more sympathetic to viewers than what happened. She also claims that the texts were worse than what was shared.

“[The text messages] were pretty threatening…None of it was shown really. And I did feel really shocked at the time. Jason knows the real story,” Natasha said, referring to fellow guest and crew member Jason Gaskell. “That’s why. Dave’s side was portrayed very well, I must say. People have not seen my side because I hid it.”

Below Deck Med: Natasha changes her story

Also during the broadcast, Natasha changed her story about what happened between them. Below Deck Med fans could tell that something was going on between the two. It was obvious to the audience that they knew each other. There was one scene that showed the two entering their shared bathroom for 20 minutes while they were still on the job.

Below Deck Med fans assumed they hooked up in the shower. Dave even asked Natasha why she had her clothes on. Host Andy Cohen asked her about that scene. Natasha said they only spent that entire time talking. The cameras caught them leaving the bathroom while adjusting their clothes.

In another scene, Natasha returned to their shared cabin. She asked him, “Do you wanna screw?” to which he nods eagerly from his bunk. Andy asked her about that scene and she claims she said, “What a good crew.” Natasha blames production for the way she’s coming across this season.

She also revealed they were never in a relationship. When they first met, they hooked up when Natasha was in a five-year relationship with her ex-boyfriend. They continued to hook up after she quit things. Dave caught feelings, which led to the drama on Below Deck Med Season 7.
